Hello SEC, As an immigrant, I really appreciate the extent to which the United States and the SEC have democratized investing. I'm a small retail investor and I put money into the market every time I get a paycheck. It's not much, but over the years these investments have really made a difference in my family's life. Currently, I am one of the millions of investors who hold GBTC because I believe in Bitcoin and its fundamental technology. I would love to see the SEC approve GBTC's conversion to an ETF so small investors like myself can continue to get the protections the SEC offers for the crypto space. Thank you, Mamie Young
