Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. The only way to be fair to the average citizen that owns GBTC is to make a spot etf. I’ve always had my thoughts on the system being rigged to benefit the select few on wall street and never the average investor. The only way for this to be absolutely fair to us is spot etf.
