I am an individual investor searching for a liquid, low set up cost for exposure to Bitcoin and Ethereum. I want to invest in the Greyscale Bitcoin and Ethereum funds but as they are derivative products and illiquid they trade at a large discount to the underlying assets. Why not allow conversion to ETF’s? This would decrease the discount, improve liquidity, and greatly improve investor access to these assets. There have been numerous thefts, fraud schemes associated with coins, stable coins, and other intermediaries that deter and threaten individual investors. There problems could be greatly decreased with an ETF structure where the investment manager can provide the proper due diligence and custodial arrangements. David Negri Morgan Hill, CA
