Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. An ETF is what the people want. If you do not approve it, you force the public to get exposure to BTC using more risky methods. If the SEC is to protect the public, they should approve an ETF that is the least risk way for the public to get direct exposure to BTC. Sincerely, Rizwan Badar, MD
