Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I am riding as someone interested in being able to invest in digital securities and have exposure to digital assets and digital property and my investment portfolio. I understand at a basic level the increased level of risk that digital assets bring to investors at Large however I appreciate the innovation and potential for improvements in monetary system including access to financial tools for people of all social and economic designations. I realize these systems are not perfect and I am happy that the SEC is involved in helping to shape of framework for digital assets. I do think the United States would do well to embrace digital assets and become a forerunner or pioneer in the digital assets space. I think the United States would likely do well to hold the position in the Bitcoin Network and even take a leading role and supporting the hash rate of the Bitcoin Network has both a political and economical advantage over other countries in the world.
