Mr. Gensler - I am writing to urge you in the strongest possible terms to allow Grayscale’s GBTC to convert to an ETF. The US is behind the curve compared to several other nations in allowing ETFs to track the spot price of BTC. I’m well versed in the arguments against this decision that have already been made public - but those arguments are now moot due to the maturity and acceptance this asset class has now demonstrated. I am heavily invested in BTC through GBTC. Allowing this transition will obviate the inherent discount/premium dynamic the Trust has heretofore demonstrated, and is in the best interest of the consumer. It is infuriating that the SEC has dragged its feet for so long on this issue. Respectfully, Robin Robin C.
