Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. Please consider converting GBTC to a spot ETF. It is currently very hard for investors to allocate and DCA a portion of their investments to something such as Bitcoin. I have personally mistyped addresses and paid outrageous fees to hold crypto. I don't want to put all of my retirement into cryptocurrency, but I would like to be able to DCA a single digit percentage. GBTC is currently the best way to do that, but I have had to stop contributing due to the unknown with this situation and now hold some BTC on an exchange. I would much prefer to just buy a spot ETF, just as I do for GLD. Sincerely, Dana Leonard
