Dear SEC, I am writing you to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (GBTC), currently the world's large Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I believe that people should have access to the spot price of bitcoin. By allowing an ETF, this will give regular people access to this new technology. Other countries have adopted Bitcoin ETF's.
