Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I believe we should be given the choice to invest in the emerging asset class via the ETF option. As a prior US Naval Officer, I have always believed in the underlying values of the USA, including the freedom to make individual financial choices. As a US citizen and a resident of Maryland, I would like to sincerely request that the members of the SEC to convert GBTC to spot Bitcoin ETF. Sincerely, Ik Ahn, M.D.
