I am writing in support of the conversion of Grayscales bitcoin trust into a spot ETF. They have one of the largest amounts of bitcoin in their holdings. People want to own the closest thing to bitcoin they can without buying directly from a crypto exchange. Also, money is flowing out of the United States into other countries that already have spot bitcoin ETF's. Please do the right thing and approve grayscales conversion of their GBTC bitcoin trust to a spot bitcoin ETF. Thank You. Anonymous.
