Dear SEC, I’m writing to VOTE against the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. In fact I’m against all “synthetic securities”. I’ve heard a handful Bank CEO’s describe Bitcoin and they’ve all had different answers. If it doesn’t make sense then it’s not real. Finance is the easiest educational pursuit and it’s disgusting that it’s even a degree. Really finance and bitcoin should fall under fiction writing class 101. If there’s a group of people out there who will not take no for an answer then just give them cash or arrest them. Bitcoin is predatory and ultra secretive. It’s a true fraud. When you buy Bitcoin you just trade electronic digits that go up and down at the whim of the Bitcoin market maker. You’re not getting some block chain that makes itself.
