Greetings SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. Here in Chicago, IL and beyond, I constantly speak with friends and family who would like to have a straightforward way to access bitcoin - especially via retirement accounts. Bitcoin is a powerful and egalitarian savings/investing tool. As a longtime Grayscale customer, I can speak to their professionalism and due diligence as a custodian of funds. They’ve been a champion for bitcoin for many years and they are the ideal group and people to offer the first bitcoin spot etf in the United States.
