I am writing this email communication to the SEC Secretary Vanessa Countryman

The reason I am writing is for concern of the volatility of the asset class that is classified a crypto; the NAV is currently trading less than its physical asset restraining flexibility, and in extreme conditions could collapse. I am a shareholder of this asset class because I previously considered it an ETF already. Now that I have been made aware by Grayscale that this is not a ETF and my assets could be undervalued and in an extreme condition lost. I am urging you to make the decision which was requested back in November 2021 as this could cause thousands, or millions to loose senselessly if not converted. Since the application has been on file; approving it I am sure it is a process but current market conditions are bringing us close to the warning zone the Company has warned us of. Essentially this willful neglect not to approve this application would be a default / bankruptcy on a asset that could have been converted without billions of dollars loss actually we could profit from this dip. Please confirm the rule changes to list and trade shares of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust under NYSE Arca Rule 8.201 E dated 11/2/2021 so investors can do more, with there funds in these uncertain times.

Thanks for your time and consideration
