Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. This makes logical sense and is the way the free market system should work. It is far fairer to honest investors for a fund to trade close to NAV rather than trading at a large premium or discount to NAV. Sincerely, Geoffrey Hacking
