Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I am an investor who resides in Stamford, Connecticut. Once the GBTC Sport ETF is approved, we will finally have a safe and easy way to gain direct exposure to Bitcoin with a custodian that is trustworthy and responsible.
