I am a U.S citizen and GBTC shareholder and I am in favor of approving the Form19b-4 that NYSA Arca filed with you to convert GBTC into a Bitcoin Spot ETF. The SEC should approve GBTC for conversion to an ETF and allow investors a choice over which product best meets their investment needs. To do otherwise would go against the SEC's core mission or protecting investors and would be un-American! Thank you for your consideration. Regards, David DeLude
