Dear SEC, I support and urge the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (GBTC) into an ETF. The conversion will eliminate the relative price difference (discount or premium) from the underlying asset (Bitcoin). An ETF can be easily traded in a normal brokerage account or an IRA account similar to stocks and I've been waiting for one such ETF. Since the proposed ETF would be uplisted to NYSE Arca from the OTC markets it will be available in brokerage firms that don't support OTC markets. I would like to add such an ETF for myself and for my children's savings account. Regards, Rahul Pandit
