Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I believe it is important everyone be treated equally. US citizens should be able to purchase a Bitcoin ETF that accurately reflects the price of Bitcoin in their retirement accounts. Other countries have this option. Bitcoin represents so many American values. The US should be leading the charge in Bitcoin adoption yet currently the SEC is being a blocker. Sincerely, Chris Hartley
