Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. Half the world and their momma have a Bitcoin spot ETF running, except the USA. The only reason the USA still does not have a Bitcoin spot ETF, yet does have 2 or even 3 futures ETFs, is because futures ETFs tend to push the price down and spot ETFs tend to push the price up. Please stop breaking the law and take this opportunity to finally do what is right by accepting the Grayscale ETF, thus avoiding an embarrasing lawsuit that will reveal your shenanigans to the public.
