As a retired software engineer I find Bitcoin and it’s associated network technology fascinating, but buying and taking custody of Bitcoin can be somewhat complex and intimidating. I am therefore in favor of approving the Form 19b-4 that NYSE Arca filed with you to convert Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (OTCQX: GBTC) into a Bitcoin Spot ETF. This would give investors a vehicle to invest in spot Bitcoin without the risk of self custody. Sincerely, Mark Smead
