Having long since invested in GBTC to have appropriate exposure in bitcoin, I've been disappointed to see that the SEC has blocked a proper spot bitcoin ETF, forcing american investors to suffer a large discount in value rather than the appropriate pricing that would no doubt accompany an approved ETF. After the approval of the more risky futures bitcoin ETF some time ago, the approval of a secure way for normal investors to but a small portion of their investments in bitcoin is overdue. Please approve the GBTC spot bitcoin ETF with all speed. It will be the secure way for individual investors to get exposure to the market. W. Brian Bailey
