Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. It has already been allowed in Canada and Australia. It’s time that Americans have the option as well. I reside in California and appreciate your attention to this matter. Sincerely, Heather Pace
