Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I think it is a tragedy that firefighters, teachers, police officers, and other public servants do not have reasonable access to a spot etf product via their pensions. We are not leading on this issue. As the leaders of the world, America could be setting the tone and advocating for our citizens. I hope it is not the case that there is malfeasance, but the optics are absolutely terrible for the SEC, Commisioner Gensler, and the Biden Administration. I hope the old money power players in wallstreet are not making your responsibility to serve the public compromised. You can still do right by the hard working public by removing this blemish on your record. Approve the spot conversion. It is clearly in the best interest of investors vs the numerous predatory futures ETF’s. Sincerely, Joe Sparacino DDS
