Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I live in Colorado. We continue to States supporting crypto because they recognize the potential it has and yet the U.S. continues to fall behind other countries because of lack of support from our federal government. We NEED a Bitcoin Spot ETF in the capital of the free world. I don't see a "free" country when the SEC refuses to approve a Spot ETF. Sincerely, Monty Majszak
