Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. Please don't bar investors from their right to have a spot Bitcoin ETF which brings more clarity and protection to investors rather than keeping their Bitcoin's on exchanges. Sincerely, Prashant
