Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. You are hurting everyday investors by not allowing a spot ETF and The United States will fall behind if the SEC doesn't get behind innovation and blockchain technology.
