Hello, Please consider Grayscale's application to convert its Bitcoin trust into a spot ETF. To get bitcoin exposure in my IRA I own a large amount of GBTC shares. The value of these shares is significantly under the price of the bitcoin held by Grayscale in their fund. This would be eliminated if the fund was converted to an ETF. I cannot see how a bitcoin ETF would NOT provide more safety for investors looking for exposure to bitcoin. A bitcoin ETF is a perfect and perhaps preferred method of bitcoin exposure for less technical people that may be afraid of holding their own bitcoin. This ETF is needed to provide a safe vehicle for all people interested in having bitcoin exposure! Thank you.
