Dear SEC, File No. SR-NYSEArca-2021-90 I am writing to you in support in approving the first US Bitcoin Spot ETF. I am a small investor - like so many others. I would like to see that more capital being able to float into this asset. Canada has approved a Spot Bitcoin ETF years ago. It is about time for the US to follow. There will be a digital internet money at some point and with the digitalization ahead, it is not understandable that the US is still not making it possible for investors to participate in the Bitcoin asset class. It will lift the economy and gives the US a competitive advantage in the long run. Kind regards Caspar Veltheim
