Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. There is no reason for you to keep delaying a spot Bitcoin ETF, when there are so many people in support. A futures ETF is much more risky for the average investor. Please do what is right for the country, the US needs to be a leader in the Bitcoin space and we are already lagging behind our neighbors to the North.
