Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. ***[Hello all, I just would like to say that a bitcoin spot etf will be beneficial more than harmful and no more risky than other assets in the equity markets. Traditional equities have all sorts of risks associated with them and yet all they need to do is provide disclosure to the clients and its fair game. Why should this be any different? In my humble opinion it is no more different than traditional equities.
