I am writing to urge the SEC to approve a Bitcoin ETF. The United States is falling behind other countries in the Crypto Asset market. In order to stay on the forefront of technology and finance, the United States must lead in the rapidly growing Crypto market. By withholding a Bitcoin ETF, the SEC is penalizing US companies and supporting the growth of foreign companies. GBTC, being the largest holder of Bitcoin, should be the first to convert to an ETF. I look forward to action from the SEC that supports the growth of US companies. Thank you, Paul Sohn
