Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I reside in the state of Michigan, and like many other states we are Amazed at how volatile the general market has been for that past few years and it made the excuse of a spot Bitcoin ETF volatility less arguable compared to the potential it has for the general public market and innovation for the American people to stay ahead as leader of the world’s best innovation frontier , it’s time for it and everybody knows and ready for it, it has to pass it needs to pass.
