Dear SEC, I would like to see GBTC converted into a spot ETF so it would enable citizens to hold a part of this asset class (which would be underpinned by the asset itself - not a derivative) and not have to get involved in the complications of self-custody or get involved in crypto exchanges. GBTC are clearly a reputable company and would be a great candidate as the first spot exchange. The US needs to lead the world when it comes to bitcoin and allow its citizens to have access to these products. Thanks, Jeff Doyle
