I am a shareholder of the GBTC, and wanted to reach out to express my support for the conversion to a spot-based ETF. Spot ETFs are already available in many major international markets (Canada, Australia, etc.) and shareholders in the US should have the same opportunity and availability. Bitcoin is here to stay, and is quickly becoming mainstream in terms of allocation to a prudently diversified portfolio. An ETF is the easiest way to support American investors and show leadership in taking a tech neutral approach to a trillion dollar market. I trust that the SEC will make the right decision in approving Grayscale's ETF application.
