Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I live in Belfast Northern Ireland and own GBTC jointly with my wife for just over two years now. We wish to earnestly affirm our support for the conversion of this Trust to a spot ETF. We have owned one other Bitcoin investment, a spot ETF, in the EU during the same time and find it has performed much better due to lower charges and the absence of Trust Premiums and Discounts. We like to diversify our portfolio and feel more investors would hold these investments in the USA if they could invest in spot ETFs which are less susceptible to market manipulation.
