Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. As a Wisconsin resident, I strongly support approval of the first spot Bitcoin eft. Bitcoin has proven to be a legitimate asset and investors should be allowed to invest as they please. It is volatile but so are most investments. I have been material hurt by being invested into a non-spot Bitcoin fund not tied to the spot price. Please do the right thing and approve the spot etf.
