Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. As a Financial Advisor for a major firm, our clients keep asking about bitcoin. This gives us an opportunity to give them a small allocation to the space even if only 1-2%. It’s volatility is no more risky than some of the tech stocks this year such as Netflix or Meta. And no more than other major companies in their early days such as Amazon.
