Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. < My name is Bruce Chou, and I live in the state, where they implemented Project Roomkey, where they pay slightly above market rates to temporarily house homeless people instead of directly addressing the problems of why they are homeless to begin with. When states spend fiat money unwisely, they put pressure on the federal government to bail them out When the federal government spends fiat unwisely, they put pressure on themselves to inflate away its value. Hard money of any form is essential to maintaining enough sanity to stabilize the institutions this country has worked for the past 250 years. Hard money becomes more stable when we allow it to be priced with more liquidity, even if indirectly. That is why the country NEEDS a BITCOIN spot ETF. Sincerely, Bruce Choi
