Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. First, the discount would be closed. This would be a benefit to consumers. Second, fees would come down with more liquidity and competitor. Third, further pools of liquidity would reach that market. Fourh, it's way past due. Fifth, their are very few good reasons not to do this. Sincerely, Ben esget
