Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I have my retirement account heavily invested in GBTC and feel that a conversion to a spot ETF is in my best interest and in the best interest of all investors. Bitcoin is a new asset class that can never be recreated. True scarcity cannot be duplicated. Allowing investors like me to place my life savings in such an investment vehicle as GBTC guarantees that the the decades of employment energy I have stored in Bitcoin will never lose its value.
