Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I reside in AZ and am nearing retirement age. Much of my wealth is in retirement accounts, making it difficult for me to invest directly in BTC. GBTC gives me some exposure; however, allowing Grayscale to convert its trust fund into a spot ETF would allow for more consistent tracking of the actual price of BTC. This is an asset that will only grow in popularity and all investors deserve the opportunity to participate in that growth. Grayscale is best suited to manage a spot ETF given its vast holding of BTC and experience participating in the crypto space. Sincerely, Corey Hill
