Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I personally own shares of GBTC purchased via subscription through Grayscale and also via open market purchases. Investors will be much better served by the lower fee structure and liquidity that will result from the conversion to an ETF I hope this conversion can happen quickly.
