Dear SEC, I am writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. The people of Ohio want a vehicle which allows investment in BTC without the drag from futures contracts. With the excess money printing from the Federal Reserve its imperative that Anericans have access to hard assets at reasonable costs. Sincerely, Shawn Crichley
