Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. Please create a spot BTC ETF. Canada and many other countries shouldn’t be the first to do so. You allow futures, so allow spot. You are losing faith with the American people.
