Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I live in New York and believe that Bitcoin investors deserve the same rights as everyone else. Your unwillingness to convert GBTC to a spot ETF is changing my view of the SEC from a protective and forward thinking agency to on that is aligned with Wall Street and politics.
