Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. *As an Environmental Biologist in Sacramento California, I understand the thesis of Bitcoin Mining actually being the secret weapon to combating climate change by being a reliable customer of energy that will pay 3X what rate payers pay. This reduces to the payback time for renewable energy projects that partner with Bitcoin mining companies.
