Dear SEC, I would like to see the SEC approve a spot Bitcoin ETF. In particular I'd like to see Grayscale GBTC be allowed to convert to an ETF. I invested in GBTC a couple of years ago within my retirement funds as a way to get exposure to Bitcoin. I believe with the approval of a futures based ETF and countries around the world approving ETF like products it is time to allow GBTC to convert to an ETF. I believe this would allow the product to better track spot Bitcoin and I think it would open the doors to more investors. Bitcoin is continuing to gain adoption and use cases around the world. I feel it is important to allow the US to become a leader in cryptocurrencies, blockchain technology and decentralized finance. Sincerely, Tim Gould
