Dear SEC,
I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States.
I don’t believe there is a valid reason to continue to deny a BTC spot ETF, please approve GBTC as many other countries have already approved BTC spot ETFs. I currently reside in Utah.
