Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I’ve been holding GBTC and ETHE for a couple years now waiting for the US to finally allow a real ETF for bitcoin and ether. Now Australia, Singapore, Canada, and Germany are all ahead of the US. And I’m still stuck holding GBTC at a huge discount to NAV because the US government seems to have some hidden agenda for dragging this out. A huge percentage of the population owns crypto.
