Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I reside in the great state of Tennessee and i believe i have the right to invest in bitcoin without the vulnerabilties of self custody. i believe you're doing the american citizens an injustice by not approving spot etf's while allowing futures, which only provide manipulation and suppression of bitcoin. thanks for your time.
